Kim has 25 years of law firm experience as a successful intellectual property and complex commercial litigator and trial lawyer in Silicon Valley. Kim has litigated many sophisticated commercial disputes including, patent, copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secret, breach of contract and licensing disputes. In addition to litigation, Kim advises clients on patent portfolio management and the role of litigation in asset protection and income generation. Over the years, her clients have included many of the Valley’s most successful technology companies.
Kim has litigated extensively in both state and federal courts nationwide, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the International Trade Commission.
